A Special Meeting has been scheduled for 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 08, 2018 for the Board of Trustees to discuss awarding the contract for the S. Center St. project and related matters and to approve the request for inspection of the following properties; 2230 Boradview Ave., 2261 Lorain Ave., 4420 Rambler Ave., 2119 Superior Ave., and 5311 Shady Road.


In accordance with the "Sunshine Law" of the State of Ohio, notice is hereby given that the regular monthly meetings of the Newton Township Board of Trustees have been scheduled for 6:30 p.m. at the Newton Township Administration Building, 4410 Newton Falls-Bailey Road, Newton Falls, OH 44444 on the following dates (4th Monday of month unless necessary to reschedule):

A public notice will be issued to the Tribune Chronicle and Vindicator for any additional or special meetings that are scheduled. 

The Newton Township Zoning Commission, Board of Zoning Appeals, and Records Commission meet on an as needed basis. All meeting notifications will be sent to the Tribune Chronicle and Vindicator as proper public notification.

Legal notices for all zoning hearings will appear in the classified section of the Tribune Chronicle and on this site at least ten days prior to any scheduled public hearing.

All meetings are open to the public and all interested parties are encouraged to attend.
